Introduction to Services The career advisor will provide an in-depth introduction to all our services and explain how you can benefit from these. We offer our career development program in three stages, however you do not need to commit to all three and can pick the most appropriate one that meets your needs.   Identifying Your Needs At this initial meeting the career advisor will identify your needs by asking you a series of questions about your career. Together you will explore the areas which need to be improved and set objectives to be achieved.   Deciding on the Program for you Based on exploratory analysis the career advisor will advise you which program best suits your present situation.
